A 16 years boy came to my clinic with his father. He sat in waiting area with hands on forehead and looking down. He was wearing a monkey cap covering his eyes. (Many times, I use to observe patient’s behavior in the waiting area. This helps me a lot in knowing nature of the patient).
So here is the case…
After their turn they entered my cabin. He had come covered his eyes with a monkey cap. He was having severe pain and was very restless.
Actually I was tensed, seeing him in the pain and I asked myself, shall I treat him or refer him to other doctor?? but father said we have shown to many physicians with temporary relief and insisted me to treat him.
In later follow ups, he was to much better and have no episodes of migraine till now.
